Casao Hotel - Paris

The buzzing ac and noise from the nearby street made it unbearable. And what's with the twin beds? A travesty! I almost wrote a glowing review but the lack of any special treatment like a room upgrade was enough to ruin my entire experience.

Plenty of nice food for meals.

The facts without the fluff

The room was compact yet perfectly functional for two, complete with a powerful shower. The friendly staff even returned my forgotten purse internationally at no extra cost! Truly excellent service. Will gladly return!

The rooms were MODERN and included central heating, a private safe and flat-screen TV etc. Location: the hotel was near to cafes, boulangeries and restaurants, and the tourist sites.

The double room was new-fashioned with a safe box, central heating, and a work desk. The bathroom was nice, the bed was extremely comfy. The location was great, around 10-15 minutes walk from Louvre Museum. The area was pedestrian short walk to Sentier metro and restaurants and bars...

The air conditioning unit emitted a constant buzzing noise, quite distracting during rest. Rooms facing the street are noisy, requiring earplugs for sleep. The double bed consists of two twin beds pushed together, which may not provide the comfort expected. Sound insulation between rooms is poor. No fridge present in the room hampers convenience.

very welcoming and exceptionally nice staff and everything was great. our room was compact and spotless with comfortable bed, a convoluted space. the hotel had a marvellous and unbeatable position, in the center of paris in historical building. greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

Overall was pretty good! The Superior Double Room was spacious and very clean with nice floor-to-ceiling windows. The location was awesome-close to metro stations, restaurants, and landmarks. Plus, the daily coffee and cookie refills were a sweet touch 😄

There were many good cafes and restaurants nearby, made our meals quite nice. The breakfast options were fantastic, with delicious pastries that everyone loved.

My children wished for some more fun activities at the hotel.

The room was small but perfectly functional for two, and the shower was fantastic. The location was amazing, and the breakfast area seemed like a cozy chateauform setup where you could casually help yourself. The standout service was them returning my purse to the uk without any extra charges!

The location was fantastic. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided great lighting, and the room was spacious and very clean, a plus. Breakfast included good puddings. The bed was a bit firm for my taste, and having the toilet separate from the shower was unusual. I noticed some noise from other guests in the hallway.

Recently renovated rooms, clean but bed sheets weren't changed during our 5-night stay.

Great spacious room with lovely decor! Enjoyed walking distance to cafes and shops. Breakfast was a good start with mini croissants and baguettes. Staff was helpful despite the lack of 24-hour service 😊
